Eng. Aluoch has MSc. in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University of UK and BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a post graduate diploma in Project management from Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), Engineer has a wealth of knowledge spanning 16 years in matters of Engineering, contract administration, construction disputes, claims among other trainings.Eng. Aluoch is a Consulting Engineer, a Corporate Member of Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK), Contract Administrator, and Project Manager. He practices Arbitration, adjudication and also as a claim Consultant. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) Kenya Chapter and a member of Project Management Institute in the USA and in Kenya. He seats in the Editorial Board at the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA). Eng. Aluoch is affiliated to other international institution like the African Arbitration Association (AfAA) and Dispute Resolution Foundation Board (DRFB) where he is registered under the level of Emerging Market Licensed Professional and DB Practitioner.The Engineer is a writer in professional journals and a trainer mainly in the areas of Contract Management, disputes and claims in the construction industry.
