I am a Principal Associate at Ratan Samal & Associates specialising in dispute resolution of cases under Goods and Services Tax, Income Tax, Customs laws and commercial arbitration of construction, banking and technology transfer disputes. I am empanelled with the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) and the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (CORD) as an Arbitrator and have presided over few Arbitrations as a Sole Arbitrator. I am also empaneled as a Tribunal Secretary at the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration. I have parallel passion for legal research and writing having published more than 65 publications and have been a part of panel discussions and conference presentations at various Universities, institutions and professional bodies across the world.
